Features a smooth cut, rectangular gemstone (3/8" by 1/2" by 1/8" thick). It is snugly set with 2 double claws on the top and bottom and one on each side on a simple silver tone band. The amethyst stone is lustrous and clear. It reminds me of a jelly. The ring is in overall excellent condition. There are no markings inside of the band. The pictures do not do this ring justice.
