NWT Pierre Balmain | Black Velvet Dress w/Attached Jacket

Gorgeous piece! Was difficult to take pictures of. NWT vintage dress in black velvet with gold and beaded hem, cuffs, and neck. It is an attached two-piece ensemble: jacket fits loose over the dress with a very attractive wide cut, but does not come off. Dress has a zipper- please note the zipper stress hole- and jacket has a row of snap buttons. Dress also features some large attached shoulder pads and is fully lined. Again, note the zipper stress hole and loose threads amongst the embroidery. Otherwise in good shape with all snaps. I am so sad this doesn't fit me! Fits alright in chest area, but would be better suited for someone with slimmer hips/thighs.
