Bias cut dress in this beautiful rich burgundy velvet. Velvet flowers in a pale pink and burgundy at the neck with a keyhole opening below. Puffed short sleeves and side button closure. Has an attached velvet belt in the back with a slight tear to the right. Has a large keyhole opening in the back with a top velvet button. There has been a mend in the back below the keyhole, not very noticeable. Bust: 36" Waist: 26.5" Length: 48"

bunny_is_rosie I have a few questions about this dress. Does the belt on the back tighten the dress, or is it more like a decoration and doesn't tighten? I have a 32-inch bust and 25-inch waist, so I'm wondering if it will be the right fit for me. Also, are there any specific care instructions for the dress? Is there any strong odor?
