Hey PFF"s :-). Please drop a comment about what you guys want most from a Live Show! I want to know what you want to see and what you like and do not like! Just a few things to think about and address: ~ Do you prefer host to pick all items? ~Do you like the show to be one theme? ~Do you want the show to be requests from items in the host's closet? ~Are buyers/shoppers looking for all Live Shows to be only fabulous deals and low starting bids? ~Are buyers wanting shows that always share other peoples closets? Any other feedback, advice, suggestions, etc. Would be so appreciated! kylie_aus2usa @lvburgess74 Hello friend :) I'm going to be honest - and keep in mind this is only my opinion :) When looking for lives, I often search for themes - but with that being said, being a mum of 3 girls aging from 4-9yrs we all need clothes so a range of sizes is a big help, especially with saving on shipping. This is a huge size range - so obviously it isn't possible for a lot of sellers to cater for this. Requests from the hosts closets is something i have more often than not, wanted to do :)

kylie_aus2usa @lvburgess74 Sharing from other peoples is a real perk, especially for those of us who are just starting on this journey and don't have the ability of doing lives ourselves - but that does not mean it has to happen every time. A lot of sellers are offering that as say a reward for buying from them, which i think is an awesome way of doing it :)

kylie_aus2usa @lvburgess74 as for low starting bids... i've really enjoyed it - especially when there is plenty of interest in an item - but that is a real hard call... i don't like the real offers that sometimes mean you are selling at a loss - it' s not easy selling, but it is rewarding :) So, that's it from me... happy poshing :)

lvburgess_ @tanyajosh Thanks Tanya! Thats a hard one for my closet since I sell only my own items so my size range is limited! Once I clear out inventory I am looking into liquidation and other avenues to increase my size range! I so appreciate your feedback! 🥰

tkdkbk I look for a live show that is engaging such as yours. Great deals and quality clothing is ahmazing! But if the seller is boring I struggle to stay engaged. I don’t prefer bringing in other sellers items as I like seeing the item live. However I completely understand why people are doing it. Keep up the amazing job!

camelliabtq I really love attending your shows and I am so happy I stumbled on it by accident! What I really love about your shows (might be a little bit biased!) is that your clothing is definitely my style, and my size! I really love that the host picks! Its honestly just all so fun to see the amazing curated pieces you have!

camelliabtq I would appreciate one theme but I’m open to anything! I think many buyers join a show when they see that the starts start low from either $3,$5, or $8 starts. I recommend adding that to your show title to help garner in views! Of course if you have any other more expensive pieces it doesn’t have to start at 8$ necessarily but having that title in your show definitely helps bring in views!

camelliabtq I think buyer’s don’t necessarily want sellers who share other buyers’ closets but it is fun (and also garners in more views) but another tip that helps garner in views is saying like what brands you might have to offer or the primary size range or sizes you are showcasing! Like for example, “$5-8 STARTS! REVOLVE, LULULEMON, ZIMMERMAN, XS-M SHOW NOW!” I think definitely helps give a preview to shoppers on what you might have (this helps your show stand out!)

lvburgess_ @camelliabtq Great Feedback Camellia!!!! I sure appreciate what you're saying and completely agree. I want to draw in viewers and keep them interested when they hop on the LIVE. Low starts is attractive and name brands! I'm toying with doing a "Reveal" Box show. So showing whats in each box and pricing 5 items of name brands and selling the entire box. That takes out the cancelling each item and charging people multiple times and multiple shipping.

lvburgess_ @camelliabtq I've had a few customers tell me the refunds are taking like a week 😲 thats too long and ties up funds for people trying to Holiday shop. I'd do kids boxes and adults by theme/or brands. What do you think about that idea?

lvburgess_ @onceuponakind Thank you so much!!! You make some very valid and excellent points. I think the "idea" and platform are great but they definitely have some kinks to work out. It is very hard to compete with the extremely low starting bids that are even lower than shipping costs. I think they low starting bids have been used top get people in your show (more than 5-6 viewers). I for one have been able to do low start bids because my entire closet is my own personal wardrobe or my kids items.

lvburgess_ @onceuponakind I only sell items that we purchased to wear at some point in life or we've outgrown or just tired of. So for me I can sell low or just donate. Now for avid resellers who thrift shop, buy wholesale, or buy consignment and are trying to get the money back they've dumped into their inventory, the low starts would be a brutal hit and I don't see how anyone would make any profit.

lvburgess_ @onceuponakind I also don't get the whole concept of share other peoples items. Sure, just to be courteous and give the closet some exposure, but seriously you're reaching more people by just sharing the item to your followers than in a live show that has maybe 20-30 ppl viewing. The highest viewed shows I have seen are the same 3-4 poshers that average 150-200 viewers (and I watch many many shows throughout each day) I have done about 4 shows just for fun and to move some older inventory

lvburgess_ @onceuponakind that has sat in my closet but the Live Shows have been great for me to just sell lots of items so I can clean out closets. I've moved 200+ items in the past 2 weeks. At this rate, I will have to thrift or wholesale to maintain inventory bc we aren't getting rid of clothes at my house fast enough to keep up with the rate I am selling them. Anyway, I appreciate your feed back so much! I like to hear other peoples prospectives and try and come up with ideas to make my shows better!

dyeggs I be honest, I liked that your show was open . No theme. Variety of items. But that being said. I sat through HOURS!!!! Asked a few times🤷 Was told my item was going to be listed, 😔.. very disappointed. Show was very slow moving in showing items, not fast paced enough to get through items. Music was a distraction for the seller.

kellyanne1111 @lvburgess74 LOVE your shows! I like varied shows. The Sharing shows are fun, but sometimes people share, and are only there to try and sell their item, rather than making a purchase. A couple of shows have run a few items from peoples closets that have purchased from them. Kind of like a reward for visiting and making a purchase…not a gift card, but a potential sale. I like to support my fellow PFF’s ❤️ and purchase and enjoy the friendship between buyers and sellers…❤️
