Cabbage patch wig and decal. I had 2 decals and ironed it onto white fabric that I pinned onto overalls for my daughter’s Halloween costume. The decal included is new and not ironed onto anything so you can do it yourself. My daughter was 15 months when she wore this and the wig was roomy. Got SO many compliments on this costume
