kbevec is this a true 8/10 around the bust and shoulders? I'm an 8/10 for hips and waist but more a 4/6 up top with narrow shoulders. Just worried it would fall off my shoulders... thoughts?

raganc3 @kbevec I can do expedited shipping…for sure..in regards to the comment here, you can honestly tighten and loosen as needed. I can take a photo in it later today…it will look larger on me due to weight loss. My mom had originally bought this dress for herself for my wedding but she ended up buying a larger size bc the bust area was a little snug on her.
