I am a size 8 but can wear 6-10 in dresses depending on the brand. I am ~29-30in waist, ~41-42 in hips, smaller chest and this fits well, if anything just a little snug in the waist but not uncomfortable, and the hips/butt area fits well with room to move. Size Medium Chest: 34.5in Length: 43.25in Bought from ThredUp recently where it was advertised as barely worn/just like new. I have not worn it (ended up wearing something else for the occasion) so it has no real signs of wear rent the runway says original retail price is $202
