Pretty sure this dress is just a perfect 10. Red polyester with some stretch, long sleeve mid calf dress Amazing draping detail at the sides of both hips Beautiful pleating at the shoulders. Yes it has shoulder pads for added drama! Hidden back zipper that is hidden beneath the attached cape. You read that right. The cape is attached and runs partially under your arms for impression and convenience! Not usually synonymous! Matching red belt with clear buckle surrounded with rhinestones. Zero missing. One belt loop isn’t attached. It is still on the belt if you chose to add it back but it’s not at all necessary. Best fit size small The shoulders measure 17 inches bust measures a little over 14 1/2 under bust area 15 3/4 (stretch to the fabric for the perfect fit) Flat lay waist measurement of 14 1/2 inches could accommodate up to a 15 inch max (as the seems and hidden zipper are located there) hips have additional play and measure approximately 18 1/2 to 19 inches sleeves measures 22 1/2 inches long Dress measures 47 inches.
