Super cute color way, two lil imperfection (small green dot below South & small white spot on brim). No odor, but slight discoloration around forehead area Flex fit so has some stretch to it— Fits L-XL. I have a lot of hair and it fits me a tiny on the loose side, definitely fits like a dad hat
