Fun vintage 80s Jessica Howard strapless black and white polka dot dress with peplum and rhinestone accented bow. Very Carrie Bradshaw. 100% cotton. Top part has some boning and is lined. The back is smocked and has some stretch. Zips up the back. Size 4 but check measurements. For reference, mannequin is a size 4. Great vintage condition but has a light stain near top, I have not tried to clean it, check photos.
