is thr polyester lining only on the top of the dress or is it fully lined? thanks 🙂

@keyedup hi, thanks for reaching out! The polyester lining is just on the top. However the bottom of the dress is a thick non clingy material that really doesn’t need a lining. Hope this helps!

@keyedup it’s doesn’t come with a tie, the first photo is a stock photo for reference of the fit and length. The length from top of the shoulder to the hem is about 36-37” probably about knee length on most people.
