This dress was purchased at Jacobson’s a high end department store that no longer exist. There’s one size tag, but nothing else. Overall dress looks great with the exception of the inner hanger string that is yellow. The tie can either go in the front or the back. This is a childrens dress but an adult could fit as well. Underarm to underarm approx 13” and underarm to bottom hem approx 30”. All items come from a smoke and pet-free home. Puff sleeves and tulle at bottom of dress. Location:1-A
