oracleofoaks Are you able to measure the waistline of this at all? ModCloth changed their sizing on this style skirt and I’d love to know if this one is the new or the old sizing! 💛

patoonces @oracleofoaks Also, this is the measurement flat, but there’s a generous, elastic panel in the back of the waist that you can’t see that allows for extra inches.
