sirineramadan I must express my disappointment with the shoes I purchased . It arrived in a condition far below my expectations. They are heavily used and quite dirty, which is not what was described or shown in the listing. It s not in the standards of Poshmark, and I feel misled by the item description. I would appreciate it if we could discuss a resolution, whether that be a return and refund or another mutually agreeable solution. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

frosty_poshmark @sirineramadan hi I'm sorry it did not work out. They were in great condition when I sent them. Not sure what happened between the time I sent them but I hope poshmark is able to resolve this on both ends
