From the top of the neck halter to the end of the gown measures at 57 inches. From the mid-drift - top of the starting horizontal belt look, it measures 43 inches long; from the mid-drift bottom of the "belt look" measures 40 inches long. I am 5'2 and would wear stilettos between 3 inches to 4 inches tall and you do not see my feet. When I walk, the most you will see if it's an open toed heel, are of my peep toes.
