Laura Scott abstract black and white skirt, size L

This is a great mid-length skirt in pre-loved condition. It hits below the knee. Nice and flower. Elastic waistband in back. It is missing a tie, but one could be added. Please note small stains on front (I did not try to launder them) and tie loop at waist that is detached. Material is 100% cotton.
