Delicately etched with flowers and tendrils, this precious oval locket is a work of art. The front is brushed gold, the back is plain. Stamped on the back 14 K, W Germany and makers mark of MM. This is less than an inch with the bezel, but has room for two tiny photos. There is a plastic insert to protect photo on one side, fabric insert on each side. Trying to photograph the detail makes it seem that the back is scratched but it’s in excellent condition and no sign of any scratching with the naked eye.
