Good/used condition, This dress & jacket is about 20-30 years old, (probably considered vintage not sure do not hold me to it) Was previously owned by a former smoker, so It does have a smell of nicotine & perfume, the smell may come out if you dry clean it not sure, do not hold me to it. Not stretchy. Button down jacket. 2 pcs (jacket & skirt) Color is green in my opinion but u may see it differently so do not hold me to color pls. I believe this is real suede as the tag states but I couldn't find another material tag for more proof so pls do not hold me to it. . Measurements r shown in pics, Measurements r most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so pls do not hold me to any of these measurements, they r just a rough estimate. . Pls do not come back on me if the color of item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. . I do my very best to be as thorough as possible w/ my listings, I do not hide anything. But there has been times I have accidentally missed minor flaws unintentionally, so please be as understanding as possible ❤️. .
