Antique Edwardian 14k Yellow Gold Sapphire + Pearl Heart Pendant Necklace This antique pendant + necklace combination is made of 14 karat yellow gold & features a heart-shaped pendant with an Edwardian-style design. Contains 1 round-cut sapphire stone in the center of the heart, 16 seed pearls & 3 freshwater pearls dangling from the bottom. The chain is measured at 20 inches from end to end & is held together by a spring ring clasp. "14B" is stamped on the back of the pendant & "14K" is stamped onto a section of the chain's closure.
