luvtabby Does this hat have a slit or opening for a feather plume?

sunshineinmay @luvtabby yes, in the 4th picture you can kinda see the little oval opening where the feather plume would go. I'm sorry I don't have the feather plume anymore.

luvtabby Oh, OK, I will need to purchase a plume separately then, if this hat would fit me. It's a men's hat, so I'm worried it will be too big. My head measures 22 inches in circumference. What is circumference in inches of the inside of this hat, please?
