Soft and cozy, I tried it on but it wasn't quite the blue I was looking for to go with a specific skirt. It has a ton of stretch - but I'm a 10 in divided dresses and this fits me like it was made for me. Perfect for pairing with skirts though, this isn't an extra long tunic sweater like most are nowadays. This sits closer to my belt line and looks amazing! I would call this a deep, rich royal blue.
