babe1223 Loved these when I received them, yet had to wait until cooler weather to wear. I absolutely HATE to report that - Unfortunately, the rubber on the soles is coming off in chunks!! I could not private message you so had to resort to posting here.... I hope there is some recourse as I won't be able to wear them since they're literally falling apart.... :(

shopwindhorse @babe1223 you purchased this item several months ago and gave it a 5 star review. This boot was in excellent condition and no where near the conditions you are describing in this post where chunks of the soles are falling off. I’m sorry you experienced this. Perhaps you stored it somewhere where the boot got damaged?

babe1223 @shopwindhorse Unfortunately, no. I take great pride & care of my apparel, thank you. Purchased Aug 17 & didn’t wear them until a couple weeks ago when the weather was cooler. I am not blaming you for the condition, since they appeared perfect when I received them - hence the 5 star review. I’ve never seen this happen to any sole before. I assume a defect in manufacturing or aging of material…?? Wanted you to be aware. Just sucks for me, huh? No need for any additional ‘snarkasm’.
