Whimsical handmade dish

Whimsical, handmade dish. Lots of fun etchings with the colors of blue, greens and red. They did sign the back I think it says Day Stein. This was purchased in an arts and crafts fair in Aspen Colorado. Definitely a piece of art. Only used a few times. Please note it’s missing one small little circle on the back - works just fine. It measures approximately 8 1/2” X 9 1/2”
