It has a beautiful floral print in yellow, pink, red, green, and white. It has a plunging V neckline, and it has a tie closure at back of the shoulders. The back is open from the tie to the waist. At the waist it has a white zipper closure. It has two layers of ruffling around the bottom hem, and has 2 inch ruffled sleeves. This can be worn as a dress, or a tunic.
