Vintage Silver & Gold Metallic Folding Totes ~ 1970s(?) ~ Retro! Two totes from the 1970s (possibly late 1960s). Silver and gold metallic with Lucite(?) type handles. Both bags have snaps allowing them to fold up for a shorter stye. Carry your work papers by day, then snap the bag to create a shorter style for your night out. The metallic covering is worn in a few places on the gold bag and there are a few scuffs on the handles of that bag. Interior is black, sort of a PU style fabric that makes for an easy wipe down. These belonged to my dear aunt. I know she carried the gold one many times as she had a pair of gold shoes that matched! Size: About 13" wide; 15" long and about 9" when shortened.
