From the 70s at least as it has a union label Black Velvet The collar and lapels have black sequins, sparkles Two pockets Two button closure Not lined Some stretch to the fabric With easily removable shoulder pads * The approximate measurements are: Across Shoulders: 16", Armpit to armpit: 19", Across waist: 17" Length: 23" * Preowned and vintage but lightly used.
