jenteza @traemichele yes this is 16 inches. You must be about the same size as me lol I can wear this as an open jacket but not closed. I’m about an inch short too. traemichele @jenteza hi just received!!! The Dolce is just fabulous!! Suprisingl it does fit. Just a tad tight around the chest but I will give to my mom. Love the sweaters. O e is way to big but the cropped one fits. Thank you so much!! Should I send you back the laefe one? 🌟❤️❤️
