Book has no former owner or used bookstore markings/stamps inside, clean endpapers - no staining or tape residue, no foxing to pages or endpapers or outer page edges, slight dust soiling/age darkening to outer page edges, tight pages with no creased page corners, no wear to board edges or corners, slight wear to spine tips (primarily bottom spine tip), no soiling or staining to boards, no bumped board corners. Dust jacket has tiny spot loss along front flap crease otherwise no chipping or tearing or creasing, approximately half of the rear flap was cut off, hint of wear to spine tips, besides the spot no wear to front flap crease, barest hint of sun fading to spine lettering (common defect with this DJ - this DJ is always found with the spine lettering completely faded), almost no dust rubbing to white panels, spots of black discoloration along top/bottom edges from old style DJ protector, book in GD- (lower grade due to the clipping of rear flap) dust jacket (not price clipped) of a very rare 1950s era Agatha Christie 1st printing.
