This is a full slip. It is white with 2 layers on top and 3 layers on bottom (extra layer of tulle on bottom) so it helps to give a “puffy” appearance to a dress. It could be full length for a girl, or approximately shin or tea length on an adult depending on your height. This is great for under a prom dress, princess costume, bridesmaid or wedding dress, or quinceanera dress. This has a size tag of Medium so that is considered ladies medium. The waist has a long Velcro strip, so it is quite adjustable. There is an additional length of Velcro that has been added and sewn onto the end of the strip, which wonderfully gives an additional 5 inches of length to the waist! See photo of measuring tape clipped to waist. The full length of the waist band from one end to another including the Velcro strip is 37 1/2”. Therefore, if you attach the Velcro strip at its largest with a 1 inch overlap of the Velcro, the biggest this slip could be at the waist is about 36 to 36 1/2”. I would say the smallest this waist could be adjusted to would be approximately 27” if you put the Velcro strips at the smallest. Measurement of length from the top hem: 29” in length.
