Hi, I have a couple of questions that I hope you have time to answer. 1) Does the dress balloon out in the middle and narrows at the bottom? 2) could you measure the shoulder to shoulder seams? That is how I see if it fits.

@michelepicotte it doesn’t really narrow at the bottom, it falls nicely when worn. For the shoulder measurement do you want me to measure top of one shoulder to the other shoulder?
