Vintage 60s 70s Blue and White Floral Collared Mini Dress

Vintage 1960s 1970s handmade vintage dress. Simple construction with pinking on seams and buttons down the front. Sharp collar pinned down with buttons and buttons on the cuffed sleeves. Light blue color with white and orange flowers and dark blue vines. Some spots with pilling under arms, a spot on the front, discoloration on the inside lining and back, discoloration under arms, and some stringing on the inner seams. No maker’s tags.
