Unique, rare Basil and Maude skirt/dress purchased in Puerto Rico. Can be worn as a skirt with the top folded over OR as a strapless dress. It is a stretchy material, to a degree, to allow busts! As with anything involving handiwork things can get loose. I’ve tried to show the handwork. I didn’t see any missing sequins but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any. In pic #5 there is a small “spot” I found. It really doesn’t show when wearing as the material is flowy. It is fully lined.
