Vintage rare Avon Rare Emeralds evening bag. Item is brand new.

Comes in its original plastic bag. . Beautiful black evening bag. Not sure what it's made of just guessing here looks like satin and velvet. Snap enclosure with just the one pocket. No pockets or anything. Tassel on the front which is still wrapped. and a braided strap maybe 20 in long hard to tell cuz it's still wrapped as well. questions are welcomed.
