The pendant consists of two hearts, the size medium heart with the words “Let me count the ways” and the size large heart with "I love you" engraved on it multiple times. The smaller heart measures approximately 7/8 inches wide and approximately 1 inch long, at the widest and longest points. The large heart measures approximately 1 inch wide and 1.25 inches long, at the widest and longest points. The back of each heart is marked ©Tiffany & Co. 925. The hearts are are on a Tiffany clasp marked ©T & Co. 925. The chain is approximately 18 inches long. The bar on the chain is stamped Tiffany & Co. on one side and 925 on the other side.
