xobabyzo @treasures2luv So it is not a wrap style dress, just comes with the matching belt for a cinched waist look. Laid flat (and along where the waist tie is), the approximate waist measurement is 15 inches. But the fabric has some stretch to it. Lightly stretched in that same spot, I could pull it to about 19 inches comfortably. Hope that helps! 💕
