Vintage 80s 90s Dress by David Rose!

Dress is in excellent condition. I usually wear a size 14 dress and this fits me. Probably most comfortably fits a 10 or 12. The material is lightweight and very shimmery. Measurements while laying flat: Chest (armpit to armpit): 22” Waist: 17” Length: 44” The belt is still wearable but the material inside the belt has deteriorated a bit over time. Appearance is still excellent, but the inner material feels warped.
