If it helps, my measurements for my waist and hips are as follows 26 and 33 inches. My bust is 32. I personally think someone with hips 32 inches and under can wear this, along with a 25 and under waist for a more comfortable fit. Petite and regular can wear this. the flaws are that the keyhole elastic closure is beginning to stretch, and on the skirt of the dress, it has a few white crease marks after a wash from the dye. Nevertheless, the good news is that this part is covered when the dress is tied. The dress was washed and worn once. the dress while a beautiful isn't as vibrant in the pictures.
