Hi! I’ll be honest. I’m considering making an offer but your “no lowballing” comment in all caps has me concerned because I’m seeing this exact dress on multiple sites (I’m researching this exact design for my wedding as I have cancer and can’t afford a new dress) for $200-$400 depending on if it is used or if it is new with tags.
