1950’s Vintage dress size M?

This little dress is the sweetest ever!!💗 in very good vintage condition, no damage to note. This was handmade, which I think is SO special!! Made of cotton, love the pattern💗 please note my price is very far for such a nice vintage piece! These are VERY hard to come by. My measurements are done flat 14” shoulder to shoulder 14” waist 39” overall length
