Aqua blue sequin strapless ballgown prom dress XS

Brand: Caché Size: XS Aqua blue strapless formal gown, featuring sparkly sequin burst design, and an adjustable waistband inside. Condition is pre-owned, as there are several condition issues. The hook&eye loop has broken and needs replacing. Two areas of the hem have been repaired (one where a seam had opened and another where there is a small tear. There is a small spot to the lining near the hem, and the underarms are slightly stained in the interior only (please see photos).
