The material feels like jeggings - super comfy, stretchy, not stiff (55% cotton 23% rayon 20% polyester 2% spandex). Shown on me in last pic 5’8” / US size 2. Tag states XS - it was slightly big on me, so I think this skirt fits more like 26” jeans or a US size 4. See measurements below!
