Vintage snd rare Oakley A Wire sunglasses feature the super cool Z configuration ear stems of the first generation of the Oakley A Wire in an eye catching Polished chrome frame and Oakley Gold Iridium lenses to round out the look. You'll note the subtle difference in shape in the first generation A Wire, a slightly larger lens that both looks great and gives some added eye protection. The unisex Oakley A Wire frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the Oakley Gold Iridium lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.5" at the widest points. You'll find the Oakley logo impressed at the center nose bridge and on the top of both ear stems. A very hard to find style produced for only 2 years in the late 1990s and then giving way to subsequent generations of this iconic style. In good pre-owned condition.
