Vintage 70s red wool plaid mini kilt skirt wrap

Tag is marked a 6 but it is vintage from the 60s/70s so runs very very small. Pictured on a current 4 and I cannot fasten it all. The one leather strap is hanging on as pictured will need to be repaired. And the hooks on the interior need to be stitched back on Waist 24” Overall length 17.5” Hips 48” approx G12
