Very sheer, feminine, see through top to wear over your own black tank. Black with subtle pink flowers. Round neck. Open front. One small “rosette” button with elastic at top neck. 3/4 sleeves with small ruffles. Stitched ruffly bottom. Very pretty. I’ve worn this for a couple special evenings out. Looks great with black tank and pants, probably over a black dress too. No size tag because it would show. Fits me so must be 1X. See measurements.
