Vintage Prada rain jacket. Zip up with interior padding. Worn only a couple times. Jacket was purchased new by my mom. Waist is elastic (so are teh cuffs of sleeves) and elastic is in perfect shape. Interior is a beautiful silky fabric that is very cozy. Great hood that provides great face cover during rain!
