The lining is pleated/gathered at the bottom (as seen in the last pic) which adds a bit of volume and also makes it twirly. Cream color with intricate black embroidery. Side zip, 100% cotton with cotton lining. Dry cleaning recommended. 16” waist, 21.5” length. Excellent condition.
