SOLD RARE 60s Jewelry Box Vintage Princess Pink Velvet Lined Retro Atomic Starbu

SOLD I’ve never seen another. This jewelry box could not be more 1960s… Peach pink vinyl-like exterior, deep pink velveteen lined interior with many compartments. Blue accents. Features laughably retro images: a girl brushing her hair as she writes in her diary, perhaps about the boy who she dreams may take her to the dance, spin her on the ice or play tennis doubles with her at the country club (all pictured amid dreamy swirls and starbursts). Measures about 7 1/4” x 10 1/4”. Condition: This charming jewelry box does show various signs of its age: one clean rip in the vinyl (last photo), some wear in the velvet- lined divided area and the strap that closed the hidden compartment is missing (though it stays up until pulled down). The color is still bright and the interior lining in the hidden compartment is in excellent condition (with elastic bands to hold items in place).
