My money has been debited from my acvount for a purchase but not returned back to me cuz the order was not placed .
Its been more than a month
And have written probably 10 mails but poshmark wouldnt reply ?
Why is that so ?
Why r only purchase related queries replied back to and not refund ?

@myblueumbrella its been more than a month.Its understandable when they revert back to u.Any refund related email is ignored but purchase related emails r responded quick.Why r 10 mails ignored.If they r so concerned about the buyer and seller they must take appropriate measures .
I m publically writting thid mess cuz there is no other way to contact them .

And there is no phone number
Even the pm editor wont reply
What am I supposed to do if my money is stuck with them
