RW & Co. Black Polka-Dot Strapless Minidress, Size 2.

Super cute black fit-and-flare strapless dress with white polka dots from RW & Co. The dress is unlined, with a covered back zipper and hanging loops. Raised seams around the dress (see third photo) provide a bit of structure and visual interest, and the hem is edged with picot elastic for a nice finish. The fabric is soft and has a lot of stretch, making it very comfortable to wear. Layer this over a thin turtleneck with tights and booties in the winter, and wear it with a denim shirt and strappy sandals in the summer. So versatile! Fabric content: 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex Armpit to Armpit (measured flat): 14 in Waist (measured flat): 13 in Hem (measured flat): 25.5 in Neckline to waist seam: 9 in Neckline to bottom hem: 32 in Excellent used condition. There are loops inside the dress for detachable straps but the straps are missing, price reflects this.
