Brilliant shining rhinestone crystals in royal blue, just stunning uniform facets & angles in a flat top cut. Aged antique yellow gold colored base. Very antique looking Art-deco style costume jewelry with pierced post-backs. I haven't seen anything exactly like this, other than having a similar style to Trifari. Excellent pre-worn condition.
